Transition ♦️🦋

I paint with red, orange and maroon to enhance warmth in a time of transition. I flourish in the peak of warmth in a time of transition. I flourish in teh peak of the sun but hibernate in the absence of heat. I can feel emotionally unavailable, inaccessible- guarding myself as I go within the darkness.

The color blue represent inner peace and clarity. At a time of transition from the warmth of summer heat into the breeze of autumn harvest we begin to see signs of winter. I add the color blue to help relax, regenerate and reflect in preparation for the depth of winter.

The contrast of the cool and warm colors represent our in between time. Our conflicting feelings of not wanting to let go of the sun or the fear of winter but acknowledging hwo the world will take us on a journey anyway and whatever season we resonate the most with or whatever season we feel the most discomfort- it will soon cycle through and transition again.
